Forgot to stop your parking session?
If you forget to stop a standard parking session, here’s what to keep in mind:
When starting a parking session, you can use the parking wheel to set an initial end time. Many users set it slightly later as a precaution.
You can always stop the session earlier if you return sooner.
If you notice that you forgot to stop the parking, end the session as soon as you realize.
If the parking session has already continued past the originally set end time, we cannot adjust the end time, and in most cases we are unable to offer a refund.
Please note: It is the user's responsibility to start and stop the parking at the correct time.
What if I stopped my parking before the end time but the total amount did not decrease?
If the price does not reduce, the area likely operates on a fixed rate. In these areas, the cost is set for a specific duration or product and does not adjust if you leave early, and you pay the same amount regardless of how long you park — for example, for any duration within one hour.
