How do I re-activate my private account?

My account is inactive, how do I reactivate it?

If your account is inactive it's usually due to an outstanding payment. To activate your account, please update your payment method to complete the payment. Once it's completed, your account will be reactivated. 

How do I check my account status or confirm if my account was cancelled?

You can check your account status directly in the EasyPark app: 1. Open the menu (three lines) 2. Select "Payments" — there you'll see whether your account is active or temporary inactive.
